Terms of Service

2.1 Core Manufacturing Services

HiveAlu specializes in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of pure aluminum welded honeycomb panels. Our services include:

• Custom panel manufacturing with specifications ranging from 5mm to 300mm+ thickness
• Engineering co-development and technical consultation
• Rapid prototyping (7-10 business days for custom samples)
• Global logistics and export compliance support

3.1 Order Placement

Orders are confirmed upon issuance of a written Purchase Order (PO) or signed contract. All orders are subject to acceptance by HiveAlu and may be declined at our discretion.

3.2 Minimum Order Quantities

MOQ requirements vary based on product specifications and customization level. Standard MOQs are communicated during quotation and may be negotiated for long-term partnerships.

All quotations are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, exchange rates, and order modifications. Final pricing is locked upon PO confirmation.

4.1 Quality Standards

All products undergo triple-stage quality control (IQC, IPQC, FQC) and meet the following tolerances:

4.2 Product Warranty

HiveAlu warrants that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment.

4.3 Claims & Returns

Defect claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and batch numbers. Approved claims will be remedied through replacement, credit, or refund at HiveAlu's discretion. Return shipping costs for defective products are borne by HiveAlu.

5.1 Liability Cap

HiveAlu's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the products shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

5.2 Consequential Damages

Under no circumstances shall HiveAlu be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Costs of procurement of substitute goods
• Delays caused by force majeure events

5.3 Client Responsibilities

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for their intended application, including compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and installation standards. HiveAlu provides technical guidance but does not assume liability for application-specific performance.

6.1 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled without penalty if notice is provided before production commencement. Once production has started, cancellation fees of 30-50% of the order value may apply depending on completion stage.

6.2 Termination by HiveAlu

HiveAlu reserves the right to terminate service or refuse orders if the Client breaches payment terms, provides false information, or engages in conduct that damages HiveAlu's reputation.

6.3 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations. Delivery timelines will be extended accordingly.

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict of law provisions.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
